Who we are

This website is operated by andBeyond.digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17260951). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

This site has no accounts and no forms. The personal data we may handle is limited to:

• Email you send us. If you contact team@andbeyond.digital we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to discuss your project.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. If you reject, no analytics run.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard request logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operations.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries and keep the site secure, and on consent for analytics. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time (see our Cookie Policy).

How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule and is not tied to your name.

Where data lives

This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process some data outside the UK; transfers are covered by UK approved safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our processing. Email info@c3ntr.app or team@andbeyond.digital and we will respond. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
